Magic Jack attempted to renew my service without my permission.
Fortunately that card had expired and they had to e-mail me to let me know what happened so I could renew my service. I did want to
Renew my service for a year, but did not want to give them a credit card in case they tried to renew again without my permission.
So I called customer service and told them I wanted to know the cost of one year service and I would pay with a money order.
The operator who barely spoke English said"What century are you in? No one accepts money orders any more." When I asked for his name and to refer me to a manager he hung up.
