System erroe

Complaint / review text:
I paid an annual fee last year (Dec 2) and got disconnected earlier this month, only to be told it was a system error and it's been a 'system error' every 4th day. And every 4th day I had to phone for them to apologise and reconnect me. I've spent more minutes calling them than watching TV. Not a pleasant experience.
