Complaint / review text:
Do not do business with these guys. Sent 2 phones in October and I have still not been paid. I left 3 voice messages asking for a call back. Sent over 10 emails in some asking for a call back. They have told me three times they have sent the money. The latest excuse is that they left my apartment number off of my address which is funny because every email and the confirmation email they sent had the correct address. I am taking them to court and have a BBB complaint against them. Below are the emails I recieved obviously name and address have been changed:

Thanks for your email. Your check in the amount of $171 has been mailed via USPS first class mail. You should be receiving it in the mail within the next 3 to 5 days. We initially processed your order through our VISA card system but due to the holidays the order was delayed. Therefore, we decided to issue those customers who were affected with a check payment instead. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
