Complaint / review text:
After installing MagicJack and having it available for outside calls for 2 days (which I did not use), I found there was no connection (computer wise) for the MagicJack. When contacting MagicJack to reinstall the connection, I was encouraged to pay $40 fee to a technician.
No phone number for MagicJack, speaking to a real person is not an option. Not wanting to add more money into this product, I began searching online for assistance (which is usually available for many products).
After working through the various "fixes", none not worked. I plant to return the product and will file a complaint wit BBB.
