All my brother did was use his credit card to make a local call and inform us that he has reached Singapore Airport terminal 2 (13th Aug). All it took was 28 sec and his credit card was charged USD23!!
This is absolute ridiculous! Please beware of the company called BBG at Singapore Airport Terminal 2. Sadly this company still continues to people even after numerous complaints.
We tired calling their customer service but it just keeps going to a loop and callers are unable to talk to anyone to get a resolution. Read its past users experience there is a high chance that this company will just continue to people.
