I have been a magic jack customer for 4 years. I recently bought the new magic jack plus.
I kept the same number as my old magic jack and bought 20 dollars of international minutes. The international minutes were applied to my old magic jack and not my new one. Since the new m. J. Plus has come out...
I cant even get online live chat support to correct this problem. I love the new m. J. And it is unbelievably better than the old one. But having absolutely no support!!!
STINKS!!! Sure hope they get this resolved soon... Just installed and set up my brothers new m. J.
Plus... He's now saving 40 bucks a month!!!
