This company has dissapointed me soooo many times. Their hold times are ridiculous, there staff is uninformed and not trained properly.
When you finally do get thru and explain your sittuation, they transfer you to one of their million depts. Then they just drop you in and you start all over with name, proof of acct, and explaining everything all over again. Usually with a phone call, I will be transfered 3 times before someone can help. I tell them the last person just transfered me to you, saying you can help, and they apologize and transfer me again. I have never got off the phone in less than 40 minutes or satisfied.
I have never had such terrible service.
There are too many frustrating stories to mention. I can't stand this company but its the only affordable internet/phone option for me.
