Complaint / review text:
I plugged in Magic Jack and Get a Magic Jack Plus Add. I ordered Magic Jack Plus on a trial basis. I have purchased 5 years of Magic Jack.
After I moved my office I cannot use the Magic Jack Phone yet.
Why doesn't Magic Jack work?
I have tried several connections and that doesn't seem to help.
If you could provide a step by step solution that can make the Magic Jack
Work. I have had this since 2008 and you phone service has improved.
