Complaint / review text:
I purchased a pair of Motorola M355 GMRS radios with included headsets for voice activation. When headset was hooked up it was so loose that it kicked out of VOX mode.
I tried 3 other sets with same result. Called Motorola cust care and was told they knew of the problem. Their solution was tape head set in on new radio or buy a more expensive set. These were $100 for non commercial grade.
I tried Cobra with the headsets and it worked fine. What a ripoff.
Why would they expect a customer to tape something into a radio so it would work. Where is Motorola's quality control?
