I have called at various times of the day. Each time I wait 20 minutes or more and still no rep.
Several days and still no rep. "all helping others". All I want to do is change the credit card for auto-pay. Why don't you call me?
This is a prime example of very poor service. The current card no. Is: 4305870760272807 (2/13). The new one is: 4266841247388075 (11/13).
