I have been a valued customer for Simple Mobile for the last 1 year and I have taken upgraded my plan to $50 unlimited that includes unlimited data as well. Now, I live in New York and due to Sandy I lost my internet for 2 weeks for which I had to reply on simple mobile unlimited data plan.
I used my data plan for paying my credit card bills, talking on skype with friends and surfing music on you tubes at time when I got bored of staying homes as my company was closed for the storm.
For excessive use of internet for only a week, they just cut off my unlimited mobile data plan. I requested them not to do so and I wont do that but the customer representative was so rude that they didnt even listen to me.
