We have Sprint and are billed for insurance through sprint, but apparently it is a seperate company through Asurion. Going though sprint initially we recieved a replacment phone from Asurion (I guess they did it for us) and it never worked right.
My husband and I are very busy and he finally got around to taking it back to Sprint thinking that was the right course of action. Sprint said that Asurion has a 90 day no questions asked replacement of equipment they send out. Asurion claims they do not and it is only 30 days. Well it is now over the thirty days because we took it took sprint instead.
They are now telling us that we still need to pay 100 deductible to replace the damaged phone, which they sent us. They took absolutley no responsibility for sending us a defective phone and we are now forced to pay 100 dollars to replace the phone for ASURION's initial mistake.
