Activation and transfers

We have 2 tracphs, went from net 10 to lg, then to samsung, all tracph service. All transfers have taken too long, 2 days or better, recent transfer with wifes phone 3 days plus 2 weeks later I noticed her triple minutes for life not on the phone, had to spend about 45 minutes on phone to get this corrected when it should have been transferred with her #, days, and minutes 2 weeks ago.

Attempted to transfer my lg ph to new samsung ph last tuesday. Got the usual "wait 24 hrs" for transfer to go thru, (why does it take 24 hrs?). Called Wed morning to ensure transfer went thru (due to problems in past), didn't work... Again. They gave me a # with a Kansas area code, (I'm in fla). They didn't even transfer my phone number, I got the "24 hr" statement again and thats when I told them to completely cancel my transfer, (my old phone was still operational at this time). They transferred me to a different dept. To "complete the request". I still had a good # and working phone (old phone), about an hour later, my sim went "unregistered". I was then told they would need to send me a new sim card so they could reactivate my old #. Today, sunday, I called to reactivate my old phone with new sim card, after 45 mins on phone I received a "welcome back" message... Cool, right? H_ll no!!! Wrong phone #. Now the center tells me they can change my # back to the original # without new sim card, hasn't worked yet, "wait 1 hr" is almost up, we'll see if change worked, not very confident.

Will never buy another tracphone again!!
