Complaint / review text:
Well to start, in August I call to make a payment because I have not received a bill which I was told I have a zero balance. Not thinking much of it cuz there's more than one line on the phone planand sometimes we share paying each other's bills.
After discussing it with the other parties they have not paid. So I call back, by now I am in September with no bills due again 0 balance, I said well I want to make a payment, because I can't get stuck later on having all these bills come at once. I am informed since I don't have a balance we cannot take your payment. While all this is going on, I'm roaming in my own house, I drop calls so much I end up having to text. But yet I am informed that I have the best coverage in my area. Um no, considering its been in the past few months when all this transitioning has been going on I don't believe that it is the area I'm in or my phone. To top it off to the linesare slammed with overage in data which is absolutely not the case I have not did anything different then what I have been doing the past several years.in the past 2-3 months I have been told I went over twice..
Absolutely frustrating. Back to the building. I receive several bills one due October 30th November 7th November 15th, next ones due the 30th, and then again on December 8th MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME AM MY FAMILY. US Cellular in your transitioning you dropped the ball. Your customers are getting screwed. And I feel likeI'm paying for your mix up.
Especially when I try to pay and I had a zero balance you should have took my payment. Now I get to figure out how the to have Christmas.
I really hope that I will be compensated for something..
