Complaint / review text:
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with cracked screen, told them 100% that the entire screen needs replacing, as it's cracked...
Email 2 days later reading "Additional problems found, cracked LCD"
At which point they added £100 on my already expensive quote, £140. Now £240.
Told them to send my phone back immediately, they offered to do the work for £190 but that was still more than a Samsung dealer themselves.
Wouldn't even be annoyed but they've still got my £18 deposit, and wasted a massive amount of my time! A month with no phone!
Don't even consider going to these people, reading the other reviews they are guaranteed artists.
