Autopage
Billed for subscription a month after porting out

Call reference: 573524 and Reconciliation done by Marcia Ncube on 24/02.

I called to cancel my Autopage contract in Nov/Dec 2014 and was told that if I'm porting, my account will automatically be cancelled. I ported to Vodacom on 22 Jan. I called Autopage again in Jan to confirm that I will not be billed for Feb. I then received an invoice for Feb subscription. When I called to query this, I was told that subscriptions are billed in arrears and eventhough the invoice said it was for Feb, it was actually for Jan. I then asked for a recon of my account. I received the recon from Marcia Ncube on 24 Feb showing that I've been paying for subscription in advance. I responded to her mail with proof of my contract start date, but with no response. I sent a follow up email on 25 Feb but with no response. On 28 Feb R747.75 was deducted from my account. Please can I have this money back.
