Complaint / review text:
I sent my Tablet in for repair on 9th December 2014. After many emails of trying to find out where my phone is, I am still without my phone. An MTN employee asked for my account number to debit the costs of the repair to. I gave my account number. After a month I still did not have my phone. I phoned the local owner of the franchise and he said that the repairs had to be paid for in cash, so I did this on the 25 Feb. I still have not received my phone. Apparently it is waiting to be despatched, but nobody can tell me why it hasn't been sent yet. I phoned again today and was given this ref no 4361262. I am fedup because I have been paying for Dec, Jan, Feb for airtime & data and have not been able to use it. So now I have paid for services which I cannot use.
