Telkom billing me randomly

Complaint / review text:

Telkom has continuously billed me incorrectly for my account, two main issues:

Home advanced uncapped add on should be /- R760 and I have yet to receive a bill for said amount. My bills range from R900 to R1400 as well as issues for me not paying those amounts as my debit order is luckily maxed to R800.

Secondly an agent (see my account history) from Telkom sales came by and asked if I would like to upgrade my line to 10mb with a 50 gig cap I said fine because her sums added up to total package being R750 a month. Not really though an extra R400 here and a R500 here. Well this is called in most countries

I have never had any issues technically but this has now gotten out of hand since my last bill was R1600 plus re-connection fees for me not paying the full amount.

Whist resolving the matter I have encountered friendly and abusive staff, but no one can resolve it that is how messed up my account is, as it stands I am paying for 15 separate items on my bill, HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE.

My account has a life of its own now and I just feed it its R800 to keep it going
