Good day, My new upgrade cell - BB Q5, I got in Feb 2014 crashed in November 2014, then the Cell C shop in Highveld Mall - after 21 days (while I sit without my phone) gave me a refurbished to be collected, then in February I gave my phone in again as I had hot battery problems again - waited again and without my phone, and got a refurbished phone again - this UNACEPTABLE - REFURBISHED means some else's'!! This refurbished phone I got this time is also giving a lot of battery problems - getting hot - and not holding charge - I charge it and doesn't even hold charge for 4 hours then I have to recharge, if I recharge in the afternoon, by morning it is requesting recharge - no phone calls no nothing - this is definitely unacceptable, as I did not even phone or did anything - please help me I'm at wits end - I need my phone, at least to keep charge for a day! My subscription is being deducted for a phone I cannot use!!! Cell C gets their payments, but I get a piece of scrap back every time. Definitely not on!!!
