Complaint / review text:
A new simple plus plan was ordered. I received a sms to state that the installation is scheduled for 11 March 2015
I took a days leave in order to be home as it stated in the sms that it is an all day appointment. I the contacted 10210 around. 11am to follow up only to be told that the installation will not be done as there is no capacity in the street box. Apparently it has been sent to the networks department and the installation will be rescheduled.
Surely a capacity check should be carried out before the installation is scheduled?
