Complaint / review text:
On the 13 Feb I ordered a cellphone and some accessories. The website said everything was in stock and I would receive my goods in 6 days. Nothing arrived after 6 days, so I phoned the call center only to be told that the shipment was being inspected by customs and that I would receive my goods on Friday the 27th. Again nothing arrived. Monday I phoned and was told the same story and my goods would hopefully arrive Wednesday 4th March. So I left matters and after not receiving anything last week I phoned the call center again on Monday 9th. I was told that the phone is not in stock and they are waiting for the supplier, I explained the situation. Wed 11th I phoned again to be told the same thing AGAIN. My order has apparently been escalated since then. I don't even want to mention the website that has different information on a daily basis and is completely misleading. I asked for the number of the store in JHB only to be told they don't have a direct number. I'm sick of dealing with a call center who know nothing and want this matter resolved! This is COMPLETELY unacceptable, nobody seems to know what is going on or take responsibility!!
