Complaint / review text:
I made a payment into my vodacom account 2 days later they debit my account. I then immediately call in they inform me it will take 14 days for my money to be reversed, no problem, 3days after calling I get a SMS stating that I must fax threw a copy of payment I call in inform the call centre agent about my story and then ask where can I email the Proof of payment I same day send threw the POP. I call in 2 days later to confirm they received pop it's now 7 days later and this is what I am told: eft payment has been allocated to next months payment, no request was put threw for refund no POP was received. This is after holding and speaking to a call centre agent for 30 min.
I then call again hold and speak to agent and accounts manager Rhins Brits for 40 minutes after conversation she said I can't help you then mam; she also kept pointing fingers to other departments as if they not one company; I also specifically asked to speak to a manager the agents comes back to the phone and says: my manager says you should: DID I NOT ASK 2 speak to her. I then call my bank reversedthe payment. Now receiving calls that my account is in arrears, they will be locking my account. How useless!!!
