Autopage
Poor / Lack of / No Service

Complaint / review text:
I have laid two previous complaints against Autopage for the same issue one on 18/01/2015 and one on 05/02/2015. The only time I get a response is when I write something on Hello Peter, which means to me just to safe face they reply to the complaint and then Marco responds to the emails that gets sent to him. I sent him a mail on 25/02/2015 which was read, today is the 18/03/2015,21 days later and I still have not received a reply mail or a single call from Autopage. I have now decided I will not be paying the bill until such time as Autopage have decided to contact me on the times that I requested from Marco (I work and actually provide my clients the service they deserve). If not we will take this matter to court as Autopage is in breach of contract as I can also report them to the South African client services. I never had this issue with Nashua, I even received my bill on the 7th of each month, no questions asked. I still even haven't received this from Autopage. You are giving me the impression that you are lazy and do not care about your clients.
