Complaint / review text:
I applied for a new contract with MTN in Eastgate Mall on the 16 March 2015 and I advised the person who was helping me that I want to keep the same number which is a prepaid number and SWAP it to the new SIM card. It was approved and I advise the person at MTN by the name of Isaak that I will only pick up the phone on the 19 March 2015 he must not activate anything. To my surprise he went ahead and activated everything on the 18 March 2015, I went to collect the handsets on the 19 March 2015. When I got the handsets the SIM swap was not done (LTE), he sent the request to his head office and I received confirmation on the 20 March 2015 that I had requested a SIM swap. But the problem is till today 24 March 2015, the SIM swap has not been done and I was advised it takes 24Hours to do. My name is suppose to be sent to LG to stand a chance of winning an LG G Watch R's, I wonder if I'm even going to get that watch now. I am thinking of even cancelling this contract.
