I'm extremely sad to have been with Vodacom for so long to receive this kind of treatment/service,
My phone was off from last-night and had all my apps off and my auto-updates are on manual set-up, to top up today with R10.00 and open my Whats App shortly after switching on my phone and my balance is R0.00 with the Whats App message not even delivered.
I spoke to the above stated names and i was advised its GPRS, failure to understand how so as my phone was off and i asked which site i had visited and no answer could be given and i had to believe it was DATA. How can my phone possibly consume my data/airtime if its off with no auto-updates active and no sites visited as my phone is off?
Can i get an understanding off how and why my airtime is being consumed in a matter of seconds without any usage?
I was further promised a call in an hours time as the system had not updated and nothing still, my attempts of calling back were of no use as i was told i couldn't be connected to them either-way.
With my permission, Vodacom should be able to give me my info and i was refused, which part of my rights being exercised is being put to use here?
Urgent feedback would be appreciated.
