Vodacom did not load my data - VERY high bill

Good day,

I requested additional data to be loaded on my account 2 months ago. This was clearly not done as my bill is over R1000 more than usual.

I have submitted a complaint to Vodacom but I have not yet received a response.

This is quite alarming and I would appreciate the problem to be sorted out asap.

Please contact me urgently.
