I currently took out the Samsung Galaxy S5 package with you in January 2015. Which included a certain number of airtime, MB and free Virgin to Virgin calls. To today I am still paying for my calls to Virgin to Virgin calls. I have been told by the call centre you are currently looking into this issue? This is unacceptable as I am paying for a service I am not receiving. Surely I should be compensated for each month that I've been paying for my calls and all calls going forward that need to be made via Virgin subscribers.
