Complaint / review text:
A short while ago I laid a complaint about being billed for 4 accounts when I only had 2. A seemingly efficient lady phoned me and informed me that the one account had been resolved and would be credited to my current account, whilst the other account in question was "still being investigated".
I have just checked on the balance of my account, only to note that this has been untruths, yet again / as always.
Needless to say I have also not heard anything form them regarding the other account that was supposedly still being investigated.
Absolutely nothing has transpired - no credit and no feedback.
So here's it's GOING TO WORK:
I view the above as breach of promise and contract, and therefore will not be making ANY payments until this situation is resolved. The money due to cell C will be put in a separate account and when they have come to the party I may consider to pay it over.
Kindly also prepare cancellation documents for all of my accounts and I will cross over to a SP of my choice, albeit on a pre-paid method.
