Complaint / review text:
On march 5th I requested to cancel my contract on 3 phones only 9 days out of sprints 14 day cancelation period. They refused and said they will not cancel phones until March 27th. So I figured the amount I would owe... 1,300$ and paid it on the 5th anyways...
Then I got to thinking 9 days out of the 14day grace period??? I called sprint to ask for a break on the fees. I got the run around! Promises of calls back. Finally on the 27th sprint wanted another 100$ from me. I called sprint and this time the employee asked me my password 10 times... Are u serious? I was told her supervisor went home!!!
Bs!!! And she said the 100$ was owed due to sprint fees from the 6th until 27th even tho all phones were off and I requested to cancel on the 5th!!! I was promised a supervisor would call back... Here it is April 14th i called sprint 3 more times over the 100$ and no supervisor would call back. So I deceided to wait until the 20th and pay the lousy 100$ on the last day it was due. But low and behold today I get an email from sprint saying I owe 431$ and it's going to collection in 8 days. As well sprint refuses to send me a receipt or paper copy of bill! Again I called sprint and paid the 98$ I was told I owe more $ and they don't know what for!!!
Are u serious??? So let me wait for a supervisor again lol!!! Sprint is shady! Horrible horrible customer service!!!
I don't understand why they can't cancel at a customers request!!!
Or how they operate without supervisors being present. And further more lying that I would receive return calls and did not!!! And add fees to phones that were not even on!!!
