On 13/02/2015, I telephonically requested my blackberry cellular phone contract to be converted to prepaid when the contract expires on the 09/ March 2015. Contact person was Kevin Math? The call ref no. 1976138. He informed me that I will be billed until the 31/03/2015 and I have free minutes which should be use before the migration. I received sms from indicating that I have to used up the free minute and the insurance will also be stopped on 31/03/2015. The service was disconnected on 31/03/2015. Purchased a voucher of R100 at Reds Mall, Centurion for BIS & airtime. I could them send bums' & watsapp, but I could not make calls. Took it again to service department of Vodacom at the same mall as was informed to wait 24hrs. Since the 01/04/2015 April I was using airtime that I bought. I was billed in March for all services as informed. On Monday I received an invoice from Vodacom indicating I owe then R289.01. Called accounts department, since Monday, no one can assist. Their the customer care agents indicated that I was not suppose to be billed as this is prepaid. I need Vodacom to reverse this amount immediately.
