1 year of having a on / off faulty line

Complaint / review text:
For the last year we have reported 7 faults on our land line phone. All with several follow up calls and long waiting periods for repair.
We where without Internet for a 3 month period and ended up cancelling our Internet connection and we are now using a wireless system with a dish on the roof from another company..
Now once again our phone line has been down for 14 days, we have received texts asking about Telkom service but after visits to the Telkom shop and several calls still no repair. When asking other people it seems we are not the only ones suffering from exceptionally poor service that's keeps repeating itself over and over again.
I am now looking at an mtn dish and intend cancelling the land line as its obvious Telkom cannot look after its customers. When others follow suite, Telkom will realise they got it wrong but will be too late to regain its client base.
