Complaint / review text:
They phoned me to upgrade, promised 2 - 5 working days delivery of the new S6 Edge. I stated that I did not want to do this over the phone, because they'll simply tell me that they are waiting for stock. I could get the phone rather directly from a store. They promised that they have secured stock for me (Because I'm a valued customer - what a joke!). So I caved. 7 working days later, I followed up, and were informed that they do not have stock! No-one ever bothered to phone me to inform me of the fact, and I knew this would happen. I asked to be transferred to a manager, and was put in a "file 13" cue.
I was to, and I am very unsatisfied with Autopage's service - and after being their customer for more that 10 years, and after referring numerous family & friends to them, I'm now at the end of my relationship with them. I'm sorry that I ever started this relationship with them
