Complaint / review text:
My line completely dead since 17 Apr. I reported online at 20 Apr and got an SMS Ref no: 171CRK200415 with a message of "endeavor to resolve in 5 days" Today is day day 10 and still dead.
On Sunday 26 Apr a new SMS that "your fault is in hand with tech repair division" at 10h56. At 11h30 i received a call from driver/tech to say he is on his way and confirmed my address. The DRIVER got completely lost and called me to say he is here. Here was somewhere in Norwood and i am in Mountain View!!!
At 13h00 was his last call to say he cant find me after apparently he was here earlier (obviously completely LOST) Since Sunday and today not a peep from TELKOM.
On Monday 27 and Tuesday 28, i escalated the matter online and received emails confirming receipt of my escalation. NOT A WORD OR PEEP SINCE.
So much for escalation.
TELKOM must be one of the most incompetent companies in SA. They don't give a cause they have a monopoly. Your customer care is non-existant and Pathetic.
