On 23/02/2014 I received a sms from MTN stating that I have a high usage on my account. I contacted the call center and they told me I have a high internet usage on a secondary card (about R5000-R6000 in 2 days)! I told the that I don't have a secondary sim card and that they must cancel it immediately. I emailed a statement they required and contacted the dept,
I asked them what cellphone towers were used, so that I could open a case with the SAPS, The SAPS won't open a case if they don't know where the crime took place.
It is 15 months later and they have not done anything about it. Every now and then someone promises to see to it that the amount will be written off by means of a journal, but nothing happens and they don't contact me again as promised.
