O I am a Paraplegic and cannot get to the store to solve the problems I am having with Vodacom.
OI have been trying to reactivate my phone as I was suspended on Sunday, everytime it says I have been suspended and asks me to select option 3 and then it seems to go in a loop.
OI asked for a cost effective contract. I have talk 200 with per second billing and they sent me a Blackberry which I did not want, it took Vodacom 4 months to collect back.
OI have since found out that I am paying for an insurance for Hisense phone at R45.00 per month which is R1,080.00 per year and I paid R699.00 for the phone from Esquire.
OI am paying for itemised billing which I do not receive.
OOn the 2nd May 2015 I paid R500.00 on the account and Vodacom confirmed payment. I keep getting a notice to say that I have used 90% no matter what I pay. I receive a query from Vodacom about their service on many occassions which I rate as zero or bad and nobody gets back to me.
OI want a inexpensive service that works and I do not want to pay for extras.
