I have been trying to cancel my PrePaid contract since 26th April 2015. I had previously advised that I was unable to call their 808 or 809 number as I was not in SA, and I was given an email address to use, which I have re-sent twice, both requesting cancellation and months of itemised bills that I have not been receiving. Nobody acknowledges my emails and I have just been "topped up" again. I purposely advised MTN that I was stopping my debit order, which I did, to ensure that I would not be debited incorrectly, advising that I would pay whatever I felt was payable by me when I had seen my accounts.
