I applied for a contract at Vodacom over a month ago only to find out that my name was on a bad listing at Vodacom. I had to phone customer care and legal department and I was emailed a letter to say that I do not owe Vodacom any money and was asked to re-apply at any Vodacom store and if I had problems to submit the letter which I did over a week ago. The Vodacom 4U store in kolonnade declined my application and asked me to phone the legal department to clear my name which I did. 1st call was made on 6 May at 9:53 and I spoke to Patricia Ntuli. She said it is done and I can go back in an hour which I did. Only to find she never processed the request. We phoned again and this time around spoke to Robyn. She promised my name would be cleared in an hour. I phoned Joyce an hour later (the lady dealing with the application at the Kolonnade branch) and she said she had to resubmit my documents and I have to wait another 24 hours. I phoned again today 24 hours later and was told she will follow up and phone me back which she never did. Now the app is with Dimakatso and she told me she has to now forward my docs to forensics and it will take another week. Really???
