As I walked into the shop, I told Ellie: "I've got a problem. I've been struggling 2 months now and I want to close the account." So she asked for more details and she said: "I'll let you draw the money and then we can close the account." So after a lengthy struggle she was able to tell me: "We can withdraw all the cash now". So I asked: "Is the problem fixed?" "Yes" was her answer. Then I told her: "But if the problem is fixed, I don't have a reason to close the account. Let's test it". We tested and now I am using the card because it is working 100% and there is no reason to close the account. Great work, Ellie, keep up the good work.
