I never requested that a limit should be put on the account. The line was suddenly suspended on Saturday 9 May 2015. I phoned the call centre and was told that the limit would be removed and the line would be unblocked within 2 hours. This was not done. I visited the branch in Woodlands Boulevard yesterday and spent quite some time with Karabo who insisted that she had requested the limit on the line to be lifted and that the line would be unsuspended. The line is still suspended. I do not understand how a limit could be placed on the line, if I never requested it and the system does not show that such a request was ever made. This contract has been running for quite some time and has never been suspended despite the account having been a lot higher than it currently is. Could somebody at autopage please wake up and have the line unsuspended urgently. It is my wife`s only form of communication in an emergency and she is sick at home.
