I absolutely hate having to call mtn call centre, no one ever answer the calls I've been to four different mtn stores and even they can react the call centre. And I don't understand why everything that you need can't be done at the store. I recently settled my account after not being able to pay my account via debit order for about 3 months. I would've been able to explain this earlier had it not been for a call centre. Then I email they only replied two to three weeks later after sending me later or demand. I paid that amount total amount R2751.50 and asked that they reactive my account via email but no one replied to that email. Then I went back to the mtn store they couldn't get through to the call centre. I am really off by mtn THIS IS SERVICE. I'm definitely not going to renew my contract with mtn I'm never letting anyone I know move to mtn
