As per my last complaint about trying to port a number out from Autopage.
Every time I'm promised feedback or a call from a manager, but nothing.
Tried the port again this weekend, still failed yesterday.
Call centre says Marco Adonis e-mailed me YESTERDAY with information. I never received that mail.
Apparently the information is now different AGAIN which is why the port failed.
Tried to call Marco Adonis on 011-650-8310 several times already but it just rings.
Autopage, why is it your customer service is still so bad 15 years later?
We left you for a reason, only to be sold back by the nashua deal last year.
Time to call ICASA and my lawyers - a port shouldn't take a month to sort out, let alone so much wsated time in calls and trips.
