This morning i phoned Vodacom to upgrade my contract everything went fine up to the point where they have to send me an OTP the number that must be upgraded hasn't been in use for a while thus can't receive messages i requested them to send the OTP on the number i called them from which never happened they cant process the upgrade without the OTP
