Complaint / review text:
I reported that my line was faulty (not working) on Tuesday 19th May. Telkom said it would take 10 days to fix the problem. Yesterday i receive an sms from them saying the problem was resolved, my line is still dead and not working, no technician has even come to my property. I reported it again yesterday 28th May and now Telkom say it will take another 11 days to repair the problem. According to them their technicians marked the problems as resolved however when they checked my line from the call centre they could tell that the line is faulty and the problem persists. They then blamed me for the delay saying i wasn't specific enough when i reported the fault the 01st time, how much more specific must i be than telling them the line is not working!!! They said they would phone me back yesterday 28th May, a day later and i am still waiting for the call. Telkom are unprofessional, a joke and an embarrassment.
