A while back I bought a BlackBerry 9790 on a Cell C contract. The phone kept on freezing and heating up the battery. Twice the phone was replaced and refurbished once.in November last year it was fixed again after being refurbished. Last week it died again and I complained on the facebook page. A lady, Lungile, phoned me and I gave her the 3 IMEI numbers I had with me and I explained that I was missing the very first one. She said was waiting for a report from the technical department, and till today she is still waiting. I had to contact them again today before they could explain the 'no progress' progress report. Each time they gave me a damaged phone, 4 TIMES and no one at Cell C cares! 4 Damaged phones from Cell C!!!
