Complaint / review text:
We received a bill of R1,276-58 for April 2015 for MTN Datalive. Normal monthly account is only R99-00 p/month.
Created a query on MTN Active on 1/5/2015, ref no.: 127878302 only received a response back on the 18/5/2015 "We apologize for the break down in service... Please be advised that we have logged a request to your itemized billing to be sent through to you, the standard turn around time to receive them is within 24-72 hours.
Emailed customer care on the 14/5/2015, and received ref no: 10062888.
On the 18/5/2015 we requested a response.
On the 19/05/2015 we sent an email to customer care saying "I received an sms at 13h23 that this was e-mailed to me, but I haven't received anything yet", received a reply "As per our system information the document was sent to you on the 2015-05-18 there might be slight delay as this was sent via our billing system."
3 Days later being the 21/05/2015 and still no itemized billing.
5/6/2015 received an email to say "We have escalated to our billing department to confirm that you did not receive it yet. You should receive it duing the course of the day or by the latest on monday."
Today being 10/6/2015 and still no itemized billing!!!
