Complaint / review text:
My contract with Nashua Mobile ended (for port purposes) on the 10th of June. I decided to go to CellC (good pricing). I accordingly phoned CellC on 28th of May and entered into contract for delivery 10th of June. This is the port date Nashua Mobile gave me. The CellC consultant said he'll be in touch. I received an SMS stating order approved. On the 10th of June I phoned CellC to confirm that I will be receiving cellphone and simcard (as heard nothing more from them). Then they told be that there was a problem and order will have to be done again. I phoned CellC again the following day to hear when they expect to deliver the stuff as I will not be at the delivery address the next two days. They said they cannot phone out but will send an email to sales to contact me to state how things were progressing. Received an sms this morning that phone will be delivered today (off course I'm not at delivery address as they didn't contact me as requested).
If I didn't contact CellC the whole time I wonder when I would have heard that there is a problem? Can now only receive everything on 17th of June (from 28th of May?), while still paying Nash (now without discount) as still not port
