Can't make any calls since upgrade

I upgraded on the 15th of May and have been unable to make any calls since then. Yesterday I went into the Cape Gate branch and was assisted by Edgar, who is the first person actually willing to help. After about an hour on the phone with the call centre, the agent suggested to do another Sim Swop. Needless to say this did not work. I am still unable to make any calls. The phone settings are all correct. There must be something blocking my outgoing calls on the number. It has been a month and I can't make calls and no one seems to know why. This needs to be sorted out now. My number is 0835781768. Please sort this out. Regards EJ Schwerdtfege
