Autopage account department bad service

Complaint / review text:
My account was debited for a migration fee that i had already paid for the previous month. I paid the migration and then get a shock on 1 of June when the entire migration is taken of. I call in and until now i still don't know when my money will be returned. I just want clarity, but they cant even tell me how much and when. Its a shame when they want their money they take it. But they cant even answer their customers with real valid answers
