Shocking Service!

Complaint / review text:
I received a new cell phone on the 5th June 2014 the phone was faulty and returned the phone to cell c on the 6th June 2014. Cell C then debits my account with R865.79 on the 10th June. I called the call centre to query the debit on my account and they advised that it was only to see if my account is active and that i will receive a refund back within two days. The phone was faulty and Cell c has replaced the phone and it was delivered yesterday 17th June 2014. I then requested cell c to change the start date of the contract from 5th June to 1st July 2014 because I would have only received the phone 2 days before the debit order date which is on the 22nd June. The infinity package doesn't carry over data to the next month as it is a standard once of fee that you pay for unlimited data, calls and sms's I cannot be paying for a phone that I didn't have or use. I asked the call centre agent to send me in writing that I won't be paying for June and im still awaiting the email. They promised a 48 hour turnaround time for the query logged and I still have had no phone call. I have not activated the cell c number its either you cancel the contract or fix the billing immediately
