This would be the 3rd time I am sending a complaint. It would also be 6 weeks after I have informed Vodacom of the act that happened on my account.
I received an SMS that Yvonne has been trying to call and can not get through to me. I would like to receive the days and times that the calls were made as I have not received any calls!
I have called into Vodacom to find out the status of what is happening with my account. I am also trying to find out why it is taking so long to resolve this matter. Vodacom put me through to the department. The department are putting me through to Vodacom. What is the purpose of this back and forth game??? I would also like to understand why I have to keep calling in every week to get this sorted out???
I am tired of begging Vodacom to sort this out. I need my account cleared as I DO NOT owe any money for an upgrade that I did not agree to!!! If this situation is not cleared and sorted out within 24 hours I will be contacting 702 to voice this. And then I will still take this matter further to social media and the papers.
I have sent through all the necessary documents. Please resolve this matter!!
